 Top Hat Award

top_hat.jpgWould you like to nominate a staff member who you have seen go above and beyond to build community in his/her classroom, in the school and/or in the neighborhood/city?  We would too!  The Top Hat award is for any staff member who demonstrates this on an ongoing basis or possibly during a specific event.  If you have seen a staff member who you feel exemplifies these qualities and/or handled a specific situation that you feel builds community with an individual student or a group of students, let us know! Nominees are recognized at monthly staff meetings and 2 are awarded the Top Hat Award each month.  Thank you.

If you are interested in completing a Learning Style Inventory Form for your student(s) for next school year, please clink on the link for the form below.  Please complete one form per student, print and return the form(s) to the office no later than Friday, April 7th.

We are working on the upcoming school year!  This year – we will only need your response if your student(s) WILL NOT be returning to Woodmen-Roberts Elementary School for the 2017-18 school year.  5th Grade parents do not need to fill out a form.  Please click the link provided to complete an Intent Not to Return Form.

 ‭(Hidden)‬ Personalized Learning 4th & 5th Grade

All students will have their own iPad to use at school. We appreciate those of you that have already returned the intent to borrow or purchase your own device. We are a single platform school, this mean that the only device we use is an iPad. You have the option to have your child bring in his/her own iPad or use a school device that will be assigned to your child. If you choose to bring your own device you will be required to pay for and install all apps needed for educational purpose.
If you would like the school to provide your child with the use of an iPad, there is a $50 annual user fee. This fee is able to be paid for by dropping by the office or on Pay For It. Please download the form below or drop by the office to pick up a form and include the form with your payment. Our online fees payment site. All fees are due on Sept. 30th

ART TO REMEMBER

Fall is here and our amazing students Art To Remember artwork has been completed! Personalized order forms will be sent home in your student’s Monday folder on October 10th.

There are an amazing array of items to choose from ranging from keyrings to pillows and pet bowls!!!! So have fun!

Orders can be made either online at https://order.arttoremember.com or by completing the form and returning, with payment, to the front office.
All checks must be made payable to "Art To Remember". Remember to use the personalized code for your child/children.

The deadline for orders is October 19th - (Please note there is no school for students on October 20th and 21st.)

 ‭(Hidden)‬ Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge

​​Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge​Woodmen-Roberts Elementary School is participating in the Scholastic Summer Reading Challenge. Your child is already part of our team and is able to log their hours as a reading Wildcat from Woodmen-Roberts Elementary School.

Mrs. Ayotte has sent home login instructions with each child and they can click the graphic button above to log their summer reading minutes for the challenge.

It's not too late and some students have already logged many hours of reading!
